Talon Handcrafted Curios is the proud collaboration of renowned artist Lauren Curtis and her two partners, Judy & Vern Ray. As a principal partner,her professional expertise and knowledge of art lends itself well to the operations and direction of Talon. Ms. Curtis received a BFA in painting and drawing from Mason Gross School of the Arts (Rutgers University), and works in many mediums such as oils, acrylics, pen & ink, and photography. Her subject matter revolves around both the similarities, and beautiful differences of various belief systems and mythologies, especially Egyptian, Greco-Roman, Celtic, and
Wiccan/Pagan spirituality. The artist currently exhibits her work in NJ,
NY, and PA, and has had illustrations and poems published in several printed
and on-line national publications. Lauren is a board member of the NJ Visual Arts League. In addition to Talon, Lauren has her own website, Children Of The Forest, which features a wide selection of her nationally and internationally acclaimed Wiccan/Pagan greeting cards.
